I moved to Baltimore, Maryland from D.C. in 2014, and I grew up in the suburbs of New York City and Northeastern Pennsylvania.

I am an anti-racist white person. While I question the validity of definitions and norms related to generations and gender, I also identify as an Elder Millennial and use she/her pronouns.

As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C), I provide psychotherapy and clinical supervision services. I am licensed in Maryland.

Those who are not my current, former, or future psychotherapy clients can hire me to consult on editorial projects and communications campaigns.

This Present Process encapsulates my approach to my life and work, and refers to the moment-by-moment effort of curiously attending to the elements of embodied and interactive experience in context of our interdependent, emotionally driven humanity and the world’s societies, environments, histories, and unknowns.
